Inspiration of the Day - God's Blessing on Your Way

"And the same love and favor God showed towards His Son Jesus our Lord,

will be the same love He will show towards YOU."

The truth is that God the Father will frustrate a person who is pursuing their own way. Who go through life on their own without acknowledging Him in all they do. But it is also fair to say that those who seek God in all they do will succeed, although through many tests and trials.

"I, even I, have spoken; Yes, I have called him, I have brought him, and his way will prosper."

The verse above is a prophecy spoken by Isaiah of the coming Messiah, our Lord Jesus. It states how God our Father will bless everything our Lord Jesus does because God the Father called Him. Now here is the blessing for YOU: as a confessed and born again Christian, this promise now applies to YOU! God has called you just as He called His Son! (1 Corinthians 1:9) Imagine God the Father saying these words directly to YOU from His throne. The Lord Jesus said:

"And the glory which You gave Me I have given them, that they may be one just as We are one…" John 17:22 NKJV

If you belong to Christ, you are one with Him and inherit the same favor and blessings that God the Father promised His Son. If you work towards giving up your own way (Isaiah 56:11, 65:2), give up your own identity and give yourself completely to Christ, (Galatians 2:20) you will be found blessed. God our Father will work His blessings through you…and by you, to those around you. (Philippians 2:13) And the same love and favor God showed towards His Son Jesus our Lord, will be the same love He will show towards YOU.

"And I have declared to them Your name, and will declare it, that the love with which You loved Me may be in them, and I in them." John 17:26 NKJV

Never easy is the walk of the Christian. (Philippians 1:29) A Christian who is astray will suffer. But a Christian who falters but is prayerful and repentant will be found blessed in all they do. (Acts 3:19; Psalm 37:24) God has called you, even in all your imperfections! The victories will not always come wrapped in pretty paper. The successes will not always come in the time, shape or place that we would like, but they come. Don't give up! (Galatians 6:9)

God bless you in Christ Jesus the Lord, always.
